Our Story
Since 1990, Lutz Bath & Kitchen has been guided by technical knowledge and a clear point of view. Susie Hotarek built the showroom around products she trusted: fixtures that perform, last, and earn their place.
Over time, that foundation grew into a curated bath and kitchen collection for designers, architects, builders, and homeowners who value quality, craftsmanship, and service. Today, the showroom represents more than 80 brands and remains defined by the same standard: products selected not only for how they look, but for how they live, perform, and endure.

Drawing upon nearly two decades in the hospitality industry and an accomplished journey through interior design, Lisanne marries technical expertise with an intuitive understanding of how people truly wish to live. Her credentials include degrees in Interior Design, Historical Preservation, and Computer-Aided Drafting.
Since joining Lutz Bath & Kitchen in 2020, she has grown from Client Services to Lead Designer, collaborating with teams of architects, contractors, and homeowners to ensure each project surpasses expectation.
