However, note that custom or specialty items, as well as backordered products, may require additional time for delivery.

Before finalizing your purchase, you can check the estimated delivery date for each product on its respective page. Following your order confirmation, we will send an email within one business day with the estimated delivery date and tracking information, allowing you to monitor your order's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

For our local patrons in and around the San Francisco Bay Area, we take pride in offering complimentary pickup services. Additionally, local delivery is available starting at $99, with the final cost dependent on your specific location.


Returns

Lutz Bath & Kitchen Return Policy

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. If your order has already shipped and you wish to return an eligible product, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee, as we adhere to our manufacturers' return policies.

We can only accept returns of products in resalable condition: the item must be unused, the product box unopened, and both the product and its original protective packaging fully intact. When returning items, please ensure they are shipped back traceable and insured, as we cannot be held accountable for any damage or loss in transit.

Cancellations

You are welcome to cancel most orders at no additional cost until the shipment is dispatched from the manufacturer or our warehouse. To cancel your order, please contact us promptly; your order is only confirmed as canceled once you've received a cancellation confirmation email from us.

All living or unlacquered finishes are considered final sale and non-returnable.

Damage Free Guarantee

We guarantee that your items will arrive damage-free. In the event of receiving a damaged item, we strongly advise inspecting the shipment with the delivery driver present. If damage is found, either refuse the shipment or note it on the delivery receipt. If immediate inspection isn't possible but the packaging shows signs of damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and inspect your items as soon as possible.
